1. Unzip the downloaded "Setups" folder
2. Open the unzip "Setups" folder
3. Double click "WAMPServer" file to install it
4. After completion of WAMPServer installation, click on “BITCBT” file to install it
5. Activate using this license key: fkMfmHMoD2
6. And login using.

Here is the steps(click the images for a larger view)
- Visit tealearn.org
- Click the "Login" link at the top
- And click the "Register" link
- Register as an "Educator"
- And login. Note: TEALearn.org is an LMS Solution with CBT, since we are interested in only the CBT...- Click the "Setup Quiz" and the top, to create the Quiz
- Scroll down, you will see the created Quiz and note the "Quiz Id"
- Ask your student to register on tealearn.org as "Learner"- And when the Login they should click the "Learn" sub-menu and click "Quiz"
- They would see all quiz, they should enter the "Quiz Id" you gave them
- They would now take the quiz 
- And get their result instantly (based on the test properties you had set)
